Shipping is included to all 50 states. A one-time $350 customization setup fee covers your logo and labels, a custom note card, and artwork proofing. It's waived when you reorder the same design.

An estimate only. Your written quote is the binding number. Payment is a 50% deposit when you approve the quote, with the balance due within 30 days of delivery.
Often, yes. Tell us how you'd like to split the run, like a hockey box for the goalie and a study kit for the roommate, and we'll tell you what's possible and put it in your quote.
Four weeks for runs under 100 boxes, six weeks for 250 or more. That covers sourcing, your sample approval, and packing. Rush runs are sometimes possible, so ask.
Yes. We send you a physical sample before you commit to the full run, so you can see and handle exactly what they'll open.
We check every address when you upload your list and flag problems in Tote Track before anything ships, while fixing them is still free. If a box comes back undelivered after a valid address, we reship it once at no charge.
That's what Tote Track is for. Every recipient shows a live delivery status, and you can export a delivery summary as a CSV.
Recipient lists are stored encrypted, only you can see your own records, and we delete the addresses 90 days after a run closes unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder.
