Use the form below, or email corporate@totesoflove.com with your headcount, your ship-by date, and the occasion. We reply within one business day with a written quote — no sales call required unless you want one.

We build your box.

Take the current seasonal box, or let us curate around your theme. Add your logo to the ribbon tag and a note card signed by your team. We send you a physical sample before you commit to the full run.

We ship. You watch.

Upload your recipient list and we validate every address before a single label prints. Your Tote Track dashboard shows delivery status for every box — so you know it landed before anyone asks you.

Pricing

Volume pricing, published.

Shipping is included to all 50 states. A one-time $350 customization setup fee covers your logo ribbon tag, custom note card, and artwork proofing — waived on reorders of the same design.

Procurement

50% deposit against your PO, balance net 30 after delivery. We invoice through Stripe, which supports ACH, card, and standard remittance details. We can accept a PO number on the invoice.

Yes to both. Email corporate@totesoflove.com and we'll send our W-9 and COI the same day. If your vendor onboarding portal needs us to register directly, tell us which one and we'll complete it.

Four weeks for runs under 100 boxes, six weeks for 250+. That covers sourcing, your sample approval, and the packing window. Rush runs are sometimes possible — ask.

We validate every address on upload and flag failures in Tote Track before anything ships, so you can fix them while it still costs nothing. If a box is returned undelivered after a valid address, we reship once at no charge.

That's what Tote Track is for. Every recipient shows a live delivery status, and you can export a delivery summary as a CSV — which is usually the thing you need to forward to whoever approved the budget.

Recipient lists are stored encrypted at rest, access is scoped so your team only ever sees your own company's records, and we delete recipient addresses 90 days after a run closes unless you ask us to retain them for reorders.
